I could maybe do Penelope...
Her fur is actually brown as seen when her blanket flies up at one point...so probably something like a flip hair style or pig tails.
Then a cute yellow summer dress and a yellow jacket, a hat, and probably an umbrella or parasol...and then yellow or brown mary janes...
