Not me.... I give blood all the time. The blood bank even sends me emergency text messages when they run low on my specific type since apparently I'm a rarity. lol =]

I think that it's better for the anemic people to be spoons. They're not as dangerous as forks, sporks, or knives.

I've never even gotten lightheaded, but I generally triple my iron intake for two weeks prior to giving blood, as well as increasing the amount of water and protein I consume.

Nuts (walnuts and pecans are super), beans (lentils, edamame, black beans), rice, dairy, and eggs are all excellent sources of protein for vegetarians. I'm pescetarian, so I also eat seafood. For vegans, take off the dairy and eggs.

it's called "marinepolis sushi land"

the people there are really nice.
the older cook guy there was so cool. he gave us a ton of free sushi while we waited for our order to be done ^.^

it is on cedar hills, in a plaza of asian food markets, and such. there is a sign that says "I love sushi" out on the road, and its a bit hard to miss.

The place looks reaaaally ghetto from the outside, but inside its beautiful.
They have koi in a little pool inside the restaurant too, its awesome.

well, it's dead for a number of things really, 1. halloween just passed, 2. school [heaven forbid we actually pay attention] 3. the forums get really and i mean REALLY slow after con, and usually picks up speed and gets hard to follow about two months before con.

this is the exact opposite for the anime hunters forum.
except during the middle of the con year. it just kind of dies randomly at that point.
its always really slow before a con, and quick as hell afterwards

I think its mostly 2 and 3 is just kinda a symptom of that ^^
