Well apparantly (thanks to an awesome friend of mine who's just up and GIVING me a wig) i AM going to do my secret cosplay.

And since i'm getting REALLY tired of calling it my 'secret cosplay' (because 90% of people i know already know about it, so it's not much of a secret anymore), i'm just going to let the cat out of the bag, so to speak.

Italy. I'm going to be Italy.
And since i don't have the time or money to go out and look for a blue jacket and pants *obiously not lazy at all* i'm going to be Chibitalia. *points to picture*

It looks fairly easy to make and cheap white fabric isn't very hard to find.

She doesn't post often, but the-wind-and-the-sea is a fantastic cosplayer who dressed as Russia (I forgot what version. It was beautiful), and she's a grand total of 6'1" I believe. She did a GORGEOUS, most impressive Princess Kakyuu from Sailor Moon Sailor Stars last Kumoricon.

Height, while nice for cosplay, definitely isn't a necessity, so I don't worry about it. If I did, I wouldn't have cosplayed Super Sailor Moon who's 4'11". Lol!

Ah yes ^^; There definitely arn't many tall Russias, including myself, so i guess i shouldn't be worrying about that.

Oh, and i might be switch it to ChibiRomano depending on the darkness of the wig, but it would still be the exact same outfit (plus it would give me an excuse to carry around tomatoes =w=)

^Cu Chulainn for sure,I'm organizing a mythology group next year (for Kumoricon, and possibly Sakuracon as well) and I've always wanted to cosplay Cu Chulainn <3.

I'm still deciding between Princess Eilonwy and Lady Amalthea. I was talking to two friends about a Vampire Chronicles cosplay, I don't know if they're planning on doing that next year or not, but if they are, I'm going to work on a character for that too.

As for Hetalia, I have a few friends that want me to put together a gentleman/pompous England (with a wallet made of diamonds) which I might do just for a Monty Python photoshoot or something of that nature. Though I still want to take advantage of my knowledge of Turkish, so there is a small possibility of me doing Turkey still. The Hetalia ones are up in the air at this point and may possibly change (since it is a year away and all.)

Ok, so now i'm getting really excited about my Chibitalia cosplay, so i not might be working as hard on Russia as i wanted too...I really like the design of this cosplay (plus you have no clue how stoked i am about his fat, puffy, pumpkin pants), so i'm going to be working quite a bit on that. I'm also hoping to make a HRE plushie to carry around ^^ I might also get some crayons and a scetchbook so i can draw random crack-tastic artworks while i'm in-character.

The bulk of it should be done by the end of June. Since mid-June's when I'll get the money for all the fabric, and I really don't want to be trying to finish them a week before con.

I've seen a number of Mel Brooks movies, but I haven't seen History of the World (though I've heard of it). I'll have to get on that.

Also, the official full length Hata Futte came out for Turkey, which really surprised me because I thought I'd never see him get anything. Apparently he used a lot of Turkish but it was pronounced so horribly I didn't even recognize it until I looked up the lyrics to the song. Ha. But that can be said for almost every song cover in Hetalia when they try to say words from that other country.

I did like the large usage of the Zurna though.
