last time I went, I was a home made pirate who handed out tootsie roll's to people. This year, Im hopefully going to be Gintoki, if I don't get his clothing, than I will be my bounty hunter I created as well.

Last year in the line these totally awesome people gave me and my friends a huge plastic thing of cookies and a bunch of mountain dews. I will never forget that beautiful act of kindness!

nice, very nice... My friend is able to go each year. Last year, he went as Ulquiorra, and the year before, he went as Envy. But in 07, I had to attend my best friend's wedding, and last year, I didn't have any money sadly.

The pre reg line on the first day is such a big part of con. you get the few first photos taken, jitters are running crazy, looking at all the costumes, and handing out free things if you have them. good bit of advice people;gloves are the evil doers of pocky.

, as long as I can reach a fast food joint, I won't starve that weekend. So everything's good then, there's fast food, and as it seems, more people might be bringing food for the hungry con goer as well.

the star buck's is in pioneers square. But it's good that there are at least 3 fast food restauraunts, but now, I must figure out where the hell the carl's jr is.

The Carl's Jr is on the same block as the Hilton, at the corner of Taylor & 5th.

And looks like there are two Petit Provence locations in Portland, but neither of them are near the hotel. One is in SE Portland and the other is in NE Portland. But, for what it's worth, here are the addresses:

I have to agree with you, Leon. I have been trying to eat more vegetarian lately for health reasons, but back in the day, I used to gorge on Carl's Jr, lol. It definitely is my favorite burger place.

Though, I like how the darkness that you see everyone getting sucked into in the games all the time is Axel's Org XIII coat. That is just so symbological it's awesome.
