We went to see The Adjustment Bureau, which he thought was going to be actiony or something but it was all about LOVE, so of course I had to tease him about taking me to see a chick movie, but it was still good. XD

This is terribly awful everyone, I'd just like you to know that. I can't wait until my face stops being in pain and I can do normal things like chew, and laugh, and swallow food without fear of either messing up my stitches or having it hurt so much it wakes me up in the middle of the night. : /

It's better today but I made the mistake of trying soup with solid chunks of potato in it so now I'm sore again but I'm less swollen and it doesn't ache as much as it did yesterday.

Reminds me of the time I broke my face. Nothing but smoothies and mush for a month. After two weeks I just said, "so these pain pills and not eating of actual food is just so my face doesn't hurt?" "well, yeah..." "so eating actual food won't inhibit the healing process at this point?" "well, no..." "Screw this, I'm eating a sandwich. My face hurts with or without pills and at this point I really just don't care"

Feeling less terrible today. Pain meds made me really dizzy whenever I got up though so I mostly stayed in bed. Made a date with the boy on Friday for movies and cocoa/coffee at my house now that the swelling is down. I like him, guys.

It is extremely nice. Yes, is nauseating to be around someone who's "gooing" (as I call it), but I suppose it's not a bad thing, just annoying to be around two people who are in gooey love. When I was dating, I tried keeping my smoochy happiness on the downlow since a lot of my friends didn't have boyfriends. I, personally, am of mind that baby-talk, making out, and excessive stuff like that should be kept between me and my boyfriend and not be displayed in front of my friends. It's common courtesy.

I fear what I'll be like once I'm engaged. Welp, that's not for a while, though, so no worries here!

I agree completely! PDA is not my thing at all and I get real uncomfortable around couples in the 'honeymoon' stage where they are all over eachother. Its terrible.

I was just having an unfortunate nightmare about a kitten when Jinx, both in my dream and in real life, nudged my hand and it woke me up. People may question the close relationship I have with my cat but after that, I don't even care a little bit, I love my kitty!

Yeah, I generally try not to come across as someone not obsessed with their cats and try to keep anecdotes involving them to a minimum, but oh my god I love my cats so much it's crazy. They are just the loves of my life.

Also, I used to lick my cat too... And my friend told me she used to lick hers as well when she was little. I think it's kind of a normal little kid reaction. If a weird one.

Mom: Why are you doing that?
Me: I'm going to become a pick-up artist, I'm honing my skills....
Mom: ...... don't you actually have to have game to do that?

Mom: (deadpan) Oh yeah... I'm jealous, soooo so jealous. Wait no, what is it? Oh yeah I'm "MAD JELLY."

(a few minutes later watching a squirrel climbing a tree)
Mom: I wish I could climb tree's like that.....
Me: No you don't the government would take you away and try to harness your skills.

Mom: Yeah! Though I'd never make it on the actual team... because I mean lets be honest my just climbing things is kind of useless. I'd be able to make a really beast tree-house though so jokes on them.....

This is the first day I've been able to be off pain meds yay!

They were starting to freak me out a little, I texted four people a picture of a squirrel on my fence and cleaned my room and didn't remember doing the second one like at all. I just woke up and was like 'Huh... I can see my floor..." as for the squirrel thing well... I just don't have anything to say about that at all. >.>

I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is, is that i just took a nap and i feel WAY better than i did earlier. Bad news is, is that i'm not tired now...So i probably won't be getting to bed for the next few hours.
In other news: I'm thinking about skipping out on my Prussia cosplay this year. I was thinking about it and i realized just how much money it's going to cost. one-hundred and twenty dollars is sort of much for a cosplay i'm only going to wear this year...I could actually use that money to pay for my K-con badge, as well as my room, so it might just be easier to get a cheaper cosplay(I actually just realized the magic of Goodwill last weekend and i'm sure i could get some stuff together and make a nice looking cosplay from clothes from there).
