Osla is right, that's easy to make. Get a pattern for a formal dress for the top part, make a simple sash, cut fabric at an angle and gather it, and you have the dress. Then the bloomers are super easy, I can make a pair in like two hours.

LOL, first post has me as Roddy Maniac... it's Manic, as in Manic Depression. I have that irl. I love my Manic though, but it has to go bye bye for my depression to go bye bye. People put Maniac all the time places, not just here. ^^;

No talent at making clothes things. But that is what commissions and ebay and other places is for! ^^ Meiko outfit I want to buy I printed and is in 5 places around my house. ^^

And I would say yes to extra too, but can't have two Meikos.

There's nothing wrong at all with doubles as far as I know, Vocaloid's so popular now a days that it's kind of impossible to not be a double, or a triple etc~
