A ball just did not fit into the schedule this year. Our guests are working very hard for us this year, and are providing a lot of content... I just don't have room. We can always revisit the idea of a ball next year

Well people need to start deciding times. I wont be displaying from OHSHC this year, so people who are should pick the time and day and I will give it to the photoshoot thread.

Apollo that's because no ones picked a time or day yet. So I'm just ganna throw one out there. I'm thinking Day three 12,1, or 2 pm at Esther Short Park?

The only problem with day 3 is I don't know when the closing ceremonies are and if people would want to go.

It's usually always the same time and...*looks for a schedual*...according to the 2009 it was at 3:30pm - 5pm. My only problem with day 3 is cosplay chess. I might be in it and idk when that one is schedualed. in 2009 it went from 12-3 so if it's the same this year I might not be able to make it. :/

Alright well I'm looking at the scheduled photoshoots because I think over lapping photoshoots might be a little hectic. I personally dont want to do the shoot on day 2 because I have the pokemon shoot that day but. I'll do whatever works best for everyone else.

Day 1 spots:
Any time before 10 {Might have to worry about opening ceremonies}
~~and 4 pm are open~~

Day 2:
1 pm {I have an issue with this one because it would be right after the pokemon shoot and my hotels 15 minutes away}
5 pm

Day 3:
Pretty much anywhere before 11am is open
and then
noon
1pm
2pm

are open.

Cosplay Chess ends by 2:30, Closing Ceremonies starts at 4pm

Well we could do it early morning on day 3 at 10am. That way you wont miss any of it and its not to early. I think that's probably the best time.

Sorry for the very late comment, but i just now found this thread.
My Host Club is hosting a legit "hosting" panel on day 2. Maybe we can do the photoshoot (or another one) that same day?
The Panel will run from 11am to 1pm on Sunday. I invite you all to come along and visit us! And if there is a Mori cosplayer willing to fill in for our sick one, that'd be great. Thanks~!

Yeah I could make maybe the first hour of that panel but I have the Pokemon shoot at noon. and yeah the ouran shoot worked best for most of us.
