Red Rover's actually kind of a violent game.

Basically there's two groups, and they stand in a line horizontal from each other with their arms linked.
Then they say "Red Rover, Red Rover, call [insert name] over."
The person's name that they called then runs toward the other group in attempts to break their linked arms.
If they break it, they get to bring a person back over to their group/line, but if they can't break it, then they have to stay with the group they tried to break.
The logic of the game is to deduce the other groups line.

It's official!

I work from 11:30 to 2:00, then I will bus and MAX it down to Skidmore and march to the fountain. And as for the Ultimate Showdown, which will be now named USKD, or at least the janken version, I was hoping to get at least 8 people for a small demo tournament to teach everyone the rules. As for the big smash brawl, we can just say one round of rock paper scissors, loser "dies" until there's only one left. Also if things work out, I may be able to bring a couple self made Dragon Balls with me.

NOTE!!! There is the waterfront brewfest going on this weekend! It is all along the waterfront. I'm not sure if this is going to be a problem with people needing guardians or not, so make sure to sneek in and then you can say to one of the attending adults their your guardian for all you youngins!

oh and i'll be wearing my uruhara hat and should be there around noon or a lil bit earlyer so... thats a ez identifyer from all the people that might be running around wearing crazy portlandian costumes

They wont be taking up the whole thing. It is a very big park and I haven't even heard of that festival so I am assuming that it isn't that big. It may just be in the bay area before the fountain but I have no idea.

As you can see there's drawing involved. The pages I posted were from small groups so the pictures got pretty big.

Basically someone make a drawing, then another person writes a sentence describing it. Then you cover up the first drawing and a second drawing is made based on the sentence. Then the sentence is covered up and someone writes a sentence describing THAT drawing. It can get really silly really fast!

We had an idea of getting a giant scroll of paper at the convention to play this with at the convention. Maybe I'll get a full legal sized pad one of these days.

I think I'll have to fall back on good old Mario.

Yeah the waterfront events are always on the grassed area usually with the fountain being right next to the entrance so there shouldn't be a problem.

Yeah that makes me sad, and it makes it so I'll have to leave about 2 hours earlier than if he were comeing TT_TT A lot of things are comeing crashing down on me, its pretty hard to hold on to a positive side but I'm trying.

This wierdo lady on msn didnt help, she kept wanting me to webcam cyber and I kept saying no.. she didnt care that I was a minor either, finally I just got ticked off and said "Okay I said NO!! I dont want to and I never will! I got my own problems to deal with!" and blocked her. That creeped me out a lot 0.0

When I was in those situations, I usually left the house and walked somewhere. But my mother also didn't care that I was gone. My whole point in leaving was trying to get her attention, and for her to worry about where I went, but it NEVER happened. It's kind of sad, but also frustraiting that I never got my way. ~ ~

I'd offer you a ride as far as I'm going, which is about half an hour or so away from Salem, but your parents would have to pick you up from Newberg, or Donald, which is right off of I-5.

At that point I would have called the cops and told her sure, but you had to get ready and it would take a few minutes. Then when the cops show up show them the messages and then turn on the web cam. it would be great. You could set up your own sting XD

Ahh, I think most people's families(Or at least those who are into anime, from what I noticed Oo) are disfunctional. XD Sadly, I know mine is, too. The screaming does suck, but I like to think that once I'm out of the house, I don't have to deal with it. :3

As for the meetup, I don't think I'm bringing anyone unless I randomly see a friend from school there~ Mum's gonna kill me if she finds out I lied about going on the max with friends. XD -hides- But I'll have a cell, so it's all good.
