It can be, but isn't necessarily. However, if you can sew it, it's probably best to do that.

Saki: With the Ottoman Empire, the fabrics are inherently expensive. You're never going to find a cheap brocade that's as intricate as his. On top of that, because he's got so many layers on his robe, you're signing up for a lot of yardage right off the bat. But you should seriously try to finish yours someday, especially if you already have the brocade!

Hm...and I could settle for his military outfit, but:
- It wouldn't hide my boobs as well.
- I'd for sure have to buy a wig, while I could just hide my hair in the hat of the Ottoman outfit.
- It's just not as awesome. ;;

But I'll just have to look around and see what I can do. I have almost a whole year until the next Kcon, so that's nice~

Yeah, I do that too, I actually was lucky enough to teach a class for a week my senior year (though it was about Hinduism and Buddhism) and it was interesting because half of the class was very interested and the other half was bored to tears and very confused.
