Well, seems like we're all grouped together to a certain extent. I am in booth 16. So I am curious who my neighbors are going to be.

Does anyone know where all the exhibitors are in the room or whether they are scattered....? I am feel kinda nervous on how traffic is going to flow this year.

I think a PDF was sent to you with your email confirming you location and booth #.

Then again, I was just asking for a map because I'm the cartographer and I like maps.

Heck, if you were at the meeting you'll know what maps I'm currently working on.

Um, the pdf I got was all the minute details about the lighting and extra services if I want them. All I was told was my table and gave me a map with the numbered tables. It does not tell me who all else is there and where they are laid out. That is why I am asking.

Artist Alley is the Back row of the EX hall, as well as booths 6-9 and 109-112. Hope that relieves a bit of the mystery!

I have the hours for set up but did not find the hours of operation.

Our vendor booth is #60 btw (Nice Rice and Sushi XD)

What are the rules on selling 18+ artwork? Is it not allowed, or do we just need to check ID before selling it?

I'm pretty sure the rules say that you need to check ID and keep it out of reach of minors, but other than that you're allowed to sell it.

bring post-it notes to cover any "questionable" areas of the art work. check IDs, and it is always prefered that you don't group it with the chibi prints of something something.

I do just that, use posit notes to cover the bits, and keep them kind of in the back of binders with a red 18+ tag. I also check Id when someone wants to purchase a print, or my H-collection book.

I used to use little heart stickers on the sleeves *LOL* Now I use post it notes that say things like "OH NOES!" "OMG!" "WTF LOL!" and such.

Actually, I didn't mess anyone's names up. Some of the names are simply older due to the fact that some contracts are a year old, and some people forgot what studio name they registered under.

This could have been corrected, had people upon seeing the list I posted of confirmed artists and vendors, e-mailed me to correct their name to be more current. I am sorry it turned out this way for a few of you.

EDIT: It was also listed in your confirmation e-mail.

No biggie there, just something I forgot to think about after a while. I changed my website and teamed up with my pal after registering! I'm sure I wrote it down on the contract originally now, since it became like a staple-studio name I used for ever, totally my bad. Wish I just wish I would have thought about it sooner!
