Is it a bad thing that when someone talks about a good looking male character I instantly think the cosplayer will be a chick...? Guys just dont seem to cosplay as cute characters anymore or it is very limited on the selection of men who do. Normally when you hug a cute man character you feel bound boobs pushing back against yours.
Once I would like to hug a cute male character at con and feel a toned chest pushing back instead of boobs...

I wear all black like 90% of the time. :< They don't make good metal shirts in any other color besides black! And, I like black shoes because they don't get stained as easily. Also, I really like my black Adidas track pants. Soooo.. :<

I always were the same black steeltoes with a red shirt black pants and a long black coat. Good clothes, look profesional and snazzy and can be worn to concerts and cons.

So, yesterday my throat was hurting but I mostly ignored it. I took some pills and went to bed without really bothering to check it out.
This morning it still hurt so I looked in my mouth with a flashlight and holy ****... I looked up my symptoms online and I have to go to a doctor to get it checked out. If it is bad enough, I will have to have surgery and get my tonsils removed.
This is the second time in two years I have had a bad infection like this. Last time it took two weeks for me to get better (mostly cause Japanese medicine sucks which is where I was at the time of the infection). I am hoping I don't need surgery but two infections in two years? Yeah, I don't like that.
I hate surgery but I would rather do that then suffer every year with some infection.

So...I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to tell my mom I want to move out.
How did you guys do it...?

My brother asked if I was and I told him to give me a few months and my mother glared at me like I was going to go to hell and repeated about five to ten times with growing anger, "Years, years, years."
I turn nineteen in two days...I dont want to end up like my brother. He is twenty with no job and lives at home. I want to get out but I dont know how to tell her.

My mom had a terrible time with me moving out. What I had to say was something along the lines of, "Mom, you should feel proud of the fact that you've raised a successful daughter that wants to go to college, get a place of her own, and learn how to manage herself. I'm very grateful for everything you've done for me but what kind of daughter would I be if I didn't try to do things on my own? Besides, it's not like I'll never visit or need help from time to time. You're my mom, Mom. you'll always be a part of my life. I just want to spread my wings and make the most of what you've given me."

Three years later and we're still having the same conversation every time I see her lol.

The situation is different for everyone and never a simple process. For me it was a multi-step process of "Hey mom I'm gonna go live with Dad." then eventually "Hey mom, dad and I think I should get an apartment and here's our reasoning." and finally "Yeah I live in an apartment in Beaverton now."

She freaked out at each one of those, but things worked out and I've never had a better relationship with my mom than I do now.
