Don't: Lambast the poster or otherwise do anything to draw attention to the fact that a spoiler has been posted. Doing such makes it far more likely that innocent readers will notice/remember the spoiler, rather than forget it 5 seconds later not realizing it had any significance.
Don't: Quote the spoiler. Not only does this increase its exposure, but even if the original poster edits it out, now another copy exists, which will live on longer. Moderators have to edit your post(s), along with the original. (Seven in this thread!)
Do: Lambast the poster (within reasonableness and forum rules) only after moderators and/or the poster have edited out the text.

Good morning ladies & gentlemen of the K-con online community! I see there was a hell of a war last night lol...why does all the crazy happen after I fall asleep? Anyway, I am in an incredible mood today...& by incredible, I mean good of course. My boss is gonna put me in for the much deserved raise that I was supposed to get 2 years ago but the economy made it impossible. On top of that, we lost one of our best people for production on Monday & the only option we have for replacing them is to hire my G/F back. She was part of last winter's big layoff due to lack of orders & bad economy. If all gets approved, that will substantially increase our household income & we will be bringing in money like we used to, plus my raise! *Crosses fingers*

Once I was in a play and I had a crush on this girl that was also in the play. Then when they got all the roles cast (were were both pretty much extras) she was actually my wife in the last big scene. OMG I had to work so hard to not freak out. There's one picture of us both in costume and I have this huge dorky grin on my face. You can tell it's not just my usual dorky grin, I'll try and find that picture.

So I know how Mr. sweaty hands feels, I guess.

Tenatively (Meaning it's subject to change) the store wants to make it's grand opening the day after Thanksgiving. As more information on location, hours, and such become available I shall share that information with all of you.

All anime fans in the Portland area. it is our sacred duty to converge on this store with our wallets, and if you wish to, in cosplay. Let us open our hearts and our wallets to these daring entreprenuers who have dedicated a store to us anime fans. KUMORICON PREPARE TO SCRAMBLE!!!

Do you not know what this means, this "day after thanksgiving" idea? People get trampled and die on that day because everyone is suddenly compelled to shop. Stay away from the malls and most public places on this day; you'll be less claustrophobic if not safer. It's a bad idea all around.

Actually while it may have had once the police anti-gang units have been stepping up their patrols around there. So trust me, you're going to be pretty safe around Lloyd's Center.
