I changed my mind. The surprise cosplay was going to cost a lot and I am not going to do it. I plan on going as albel....maybe Hikaru.

no it is going to cost a lot of money
The wig would be 50 the boots were 50 I would have to get wings and those would cost a lot and the outfit would be hard to make, and I am burnt out on making costumes. I am too busy as it is. I am just going to look for a white vest at this point.

Well I may end up coming to the first half, but I might also head up to another wing of Portland for the Pirate Festival. So don't be too surprised if I show up to the party as a pirate. (Pretend I'm from the Pirates of the Caribbean which were featured in Kingdom Hearts 2)

Or I might be Luffy, who knows?

I figured we would get a bunch of 2 liters with the pizza because I didn't want to bring a cooler this time x.x but I'll get some water to bring or something. We will need more than one pack though. Tops it comes with 36 bottles and I think there will be more than 36 people ^_^

After a little more planing I'll have a list of everything that we will need and people can chose from the list what they want to bring. After someone choses from the list I'll take that item off so it wont cause further confusion.

Ok I am going to change the location to this. I think it would be much easier to have this picnic/party at the park next to the Double Tree.

So the new location is the park next to the hotel Kumoricon 08 was at this year (the Double Tree)!

Done and done. And I really did like having it at the Waterfront; we could catch trouble for having it at Holliday, because quite frankly, Holliday is an open-air drug market full of hoboes and shady activity. Not quite the best place for us.

its at noon like last time. but I'll be there about 11 or 11:30.

The reason I wanted it at holiday park was because the mall was across the street....but I plan on ordering a bunch of pizza for this picnic so we will have hot food. I wasn't planing on bringing much but that doesn't mean others can't bring stuff. I would like to have more real food instead of six cakes >_>

So other than pizza and soda does anyone else have any requests or ideas for food or events?

That was me. I just thought it'd be a neat idea. If we wanna do it, we'd need at least 34 people to help: two players and 34 chess pieces. We'd also need lines for the floor too, something that marks out grass.

Hopefully we can do it. If we could get some supplies from an Army Navy store, like line tape or something (no police tape - that's illegal!), I think it can work. But we need people.

And chess pieces can't just get bored and leave. We need you guys!
