Panel descriptions?

Is there anything that lists the panels and describes them? I'm wondering because there are a bunch of panels I'm curious about, but don't really know what they are (Anime and Shakespeare, Pocky Club Presents, Anime Hunters, Fandom Bears, etc.), so I want to figure out what they are ahead of time so I can make my plans for the con.
