Geek squad can't do squat. If you have a virus they will just format your hard drive and stuff. They will put your original data on a other drive and then put it in there... THAT IS CALLED BULL!

I feel the same way. The difference I have is that I have no way to reach them. I've tried calling them many times with no reply, and I can't leave messages to any of them. Oh, lonely day. v_v
