There's just an Advent Children thread it seems so what about the other games?

My boyfriend and I are going to be doing White and Black Mage.

Either way, I'll be doing Barret Wallace. This year I'll be doing AC Barret and in '10 I'll be doing Original Barret.

I'm also doing Ward from VIII this year, and who knows what else for next year. ^_^

Well, my plans have changed pretty significantly.

I won't be cosplaying as Ward (VIII) this year. Ran out of time and resources, so I will just be doing AC Barret (VII:AC).

Next year, though, I plan to do Adelbert Steiner (IX) and Ward Zaback (VIII). So, that should be good.

Just so everyone knows. So far the FF shoot is planed for Saturday (day 1) at 1. The time can be changed once the schedule is posted.

I will definitely have to sneak over and take pictures! I've never missed a FF shoot and I'm not gonna start just because I'm not cosplaying an FF character! >D

Though I adore cosplaying Irvine I've gotten a bit tired of hauling around all that clothing, especially in the summer. Wearing chaps is awwwkward. x_X But I love cosplaying from FFVIII so I'm contemplating a less weighed down cosplay for next year. If not, then I'll probably end up having missed cosplaying that dashing man (and who am I kidding, I love pretending to be dashing and a total sex magnet with secret troubles) and will bring him back for k-con '10. XD

I got some new socks and am working on a new bracelet to update my White Mage. I won't have too much work to do. My boyfriend and I will be doing W/B Mage on the last day of con, so anyone that's doing FF cosplay that day, look out for us I guess.

I'm going as a Turk version of Vincent Valentine, and my girlfriend is going as Hojo. I'm getting pretty close to finishing the costumes..

My only regret is not being able to get red contacts. But...that's what photoshop is for!

haha, we could make a short skit during Kumoricon about Rikku changing like switching from one dressphere to another, since you'll have both costumes. She could change from X outfit to X-2, heh. Could be funny, if done well.

Hi Ally! =) Gah, contacts are evil... wonderful... but evil. I am tryyyying to get some red ones for my cosplay this year but, as ya know, I'm wonderfully blind. Whoo for being a premee. And oh my gosh, I have to pay 45 dollars to find out my "new" contact prescription when my other one is just a few months old, nyaaaa. Darnit.

Contacts...psh. I can't even get them in my eyes! I tried. I tried really, really hard last year for my Azul cosplay. Just would not work.

So, lesson learned. Don't cosplay characters who need contacts.

I love contacts, personally, used to wear them but then they just got too irritatin' for my eyes. But I could totally wear them for a few days... if my eye doctor would tell me my base curve and the like! >>

Sad thing is? I have my eye (haha) on some planos, so I'd still be blind no matter what. I'm basically just getting the prescription because I don't want to risk my diameter and base curve being drastically different from the contacts and thus caputzing my eyes. x_X

Hey Ren!! I'm sure I will^^ Vincent is like....90% done!! *squee* I got the wig, but it needs a little styling >_>; And I have to buy his little Shinra badge, and then fine! Hehe. but yeah... oh I want red ones...but I just can't pull it off... so expensive, but next year.. I promise myself!!!
Off topic.. you're cosplaying Bridget next year?...Poor you... for being scared of fangirls, you certainly choose the costumes that attract them. Hehe. I'm certainly looking forward to it^^

I just really, reeeaaaally wanna cosplay someone from Guilty Gear and I don't exactly have the buldging biceps or chestoids that the other GG guys do. XD And when have I ever chosen other outfits that were fangirl-bait?? I thought I was doing a pretty good job at avoiding those. e_e;
