Me and a friend who will cosplay as Hayate, are getting together a group of older generation Naruto Nins. We are looking for the adults of the series, from any Era. But no one that is from the current generations will be allowed. We are not looking for Naruto and the others from his time. We are looking for Kakashi, Asuma, Kurenai... The adults if you know what I mean.

We want to make this an official cosplay group, that will meet up at Kumoricon and do photoshoots. We want to be as official as possible, and we are looking for the best of each cosplay type. That means our group will not have multiples of a certain person in it. We need the BEST for our group, and want only SERIOUS cosplayers. That means you have to be IN character, when you are in your cosplay.

This also means that fanservice for Yaoi Lovers and Yuri Lovers will not be allowed. Unless the character has previously let it be known they like someone of the same gender that they are. Crack-Pairings are also not allowed for Fan-service. If you are a member of the cosplay group, while we are doing our photoshoots, you are not to engage in crack-pairings. We are trying to portray as professional of a look and feel as we can with our group. There will be times we will goof off. But I prefer if we stick as close to Kishimoto's views as humanly possible.

Any mature cosplayers up for the undertaking of this task?

I'm currently growing out my facial hair for an Asuma costume

I'll be working as YoJimbo, but I'd be down for the photshoot - I'd say the costume is 85% complete

Konan and Pein would just barely cut it. If you could act the age of the character, and stay in character then you can be part of the group. ^_^ Do you have samples of your Konan cosplay?

Hi I was wondering if I could maybe Cosplay as the adult version of Sakura (via she's only 16 in the older version) But anyways I'm 19 but I can act 16 if I have to... I will be getting her cosplay soon, I do have a Anbu Cosplay. If that's acceptable? But if not I will still be getting her other cosplay(the older version.) Please PM me if this is acceptable. I could also ask my boyfriend if he could cosplay as Itachi in his Akatsuki cosplay(hes 24). ^^

Alrighty now that we have gotten everything figured out for the most part, As we have decided that I would be able to cosplay as Deidara and my boyfriend would be able to cosplay as Itachi. ^^ This is exciting! Also will you be going to anyother conventions on the west or east coast in the future?

Wonderful, I wanna make sure all the members are up to date. Especially around con time, because I want us all to be acting accordingly, as is needed. We WILL have a Hayate, so sometimes we will do scenes that are from the past. At least character personality wise.

As far as the continuum goes, Konan never attained ANBU rank. SO no, sorry. I wish to stick to Canon.

So I'm conflicted with my cosplays. Wigs. I cant stand them [will never wear one]both cosplays have different colored hair. Shelke has red hair and Konan has blue. I was thinking about holding off on Konan but then that would take me out of this and some other things I have planned.

If you get a good quality wig you wont even know that its on ^^ and plus you already have your Konan cosplay finshed so I would go with it. ^^;

May I point out, there is such a creation as spray on Hair color? Once you get your Konan hair PERFECT. Load it up with a crapload of Hairspray. Then coat it with the blue spray on stuff! :3 Washes out, and you can STILL do Shelke!

i know konan never attained the anbu rank but im doing that for a cosplay this year unless i can do naruto i gots the hair for it

Hadn't thought of the hair spray dye idea. It washes out easily right?

just remembered that their hair lengths are about the same.

They are nearly identical. Konan has a bun you will sweep your hair back into. If you look at their bangs they are nearly the same in their look. The hairspray washes out pretty easily. You may need to use a few rinsing of shampoo, but it should come out fine.

Alright, I'll do that instead of getting a wig that i'd never touch...

I'll have to be creative with it though, shelke's bangs are like Konan's only they are two different lengths.

Actually they are nearly the same lenght. Shelke's are longer by about an inch at the most.

*sighs* He is still considered one of the Genin Generation. Even if he gets older, we want CURRENT adults. He is not technically an adult in the manga currently. We want current and past Adults of the naruto world. Cosplays that follow a Canonical set up.
