I never really articulated this very well...

But my original idea for this thread was just one post per person and everyone could edit their posts and update their lists, not have to post new lists each time.

And this is why I wanted it stickied, because it's a useful resource for personal documentation and to see what other people are doing, and there aren't necessarily new posts that often because each person should only have one that they can edit. Alas, that's not exactly how it turned out, and maybe I should make a new thread that can actually be like that...

It would only work if it got stickied. It would be 'slow-moving', because it's not meant for any sort of conversation or chatting, and therefore it would not be bumped up to where people could easily find it. But that doesn't mean it couldn't be an active thread, due to people editing their posts (updating their lists) which would happen as time moves forward, cons happen, and people change their plans. Like I said, though in not these exact words, it's meant to serve as a reference for everyone.
