"Anime and Gaming" panel at GameStorm
« on: March 09, 2009, 04:10:43 am »
GameStorm, a local convention in Vancouver, WA, for all types of gaming (board, CCG, larp, rpg, as well as video gaming), is exploring ideas for a possible panel on "Anime and Gaming". This event may feature multiple panelists. If you'd be interested, or potentially interested, in participating in such a panel, please contact me at publicity@kumoricon.org, and I will put you in touch with a GameStorm staff member who is coordinating this. The topics for this are wide open, so don't be afraid to make suggestions or ask if you have questions--they are looking for content.

Actually, I might be interested in connecting with them on this if possible, although part of me says wait until after the elections.  I have ideas for a Dragon Quest 8 panel floating through my head.

So is this a call for people who would already be going or by volunteering to help out/run the panel get you in free?

I will check, but this might depend on the nature of the panel or how much is contributed to it. (PM sent with follow-up question)
