I've been waiting for the conformation e-mail for a while now (2 months+). I've tried to contact a mod, but it won't let me because I don't have an account xD
Anyone else waiting to get approved?
Maybe someone who has an account could pm a mod that a lot of people have been waiting for approval. I've already heard the same story from about five others so far.

This is ridiculous.

Try making a new account again. If that doesn't work try I'm sure someone will contact the mods

They never got back to me about my account approval. So one day i just tried to log in and it worked.

Anyone know the e-mail of a mod I can contact or something?
Or to anyone with an active account, can you ask what's up with the delay?
It's bizarre how many people haven't received confirmation O.o;

Heres what I would suggest. On their main page they list how to contact the Directors. I know Kumoricon puts the Website and Forum under Publicity so you could contact their director of Publicity by email.

publicity@sakuracon.org

Or you can always send a message to their chair incase the website isnt ran by Publicity.

chair@sakuracon.org

One or the other they should get back to you I would think. It seems silly if they wouldnt.

The website is run by Publicity, so if you're having trouble with the forums, try the Pub e-mail- it'll go directly to the Director of Publicity and assistant.

If you don't hear an answer from Pub (though I can't imagine why), try also web@sakuracon.org.
