I have an idea to make a bit of extra money by selling some kitty ears I've made at Kumoricon. I wanted to ask if there were any rules against congoers selling their own wares.

Selling in the hallways isn't really advised, you'll want to talk to our Exhibitor person about getting an Artist Alley/Marketplace table that you can use. exhibitors@kumoricon.org
