I'm in my pajamas all day..because I sleep during the day <.< (I work graveyard..)

Also it is supposed to be very cold all week. High of 32 on wednesday <.< It's supposed to be a low of -2 with wind chill tomorrow night..

OK, so I freaked out like everyone else in Portland but I stayed bundled up with my wife and my xbox yesterday.

I did upload some videos of the snow to my Youtube account though if you want to see what it was like in my part of town.

the sun came out. I'm a little depressed now. I wanted it to stay darker and cold longer. I hope it doesn't alll melt away. and I hope it snows more today. :3

I fully understand. Any other time and I would want it to snow more. I just feel like I have an obligation to be a work and it was hard for me to miss it yesterday. Though I think after I get out of my neighborhood I should be fine. From what I understand the roads are clear and the forecast didn't show anymore snow showers.

well no snow showers but they did say after cars were on it already it packed the snow down to make ice. which is dangerous.

that's true with neighborhood roads but major roads are mostly clear.

yeah. she wasn't injured but it really freaked her out. she was driving straight forward then all of a sudden her car slid to the left into a telephone pole.

guess we'll just have to wait and see how the weather wants to be.

My Mom bought the last set of chains from some place, but they were 120 bucks and they were 'professional chains'.>.< It's so pretty but so dangerous. :[ It needs to last for school, though. This week was planned to be dreadful.

All you kids talking about school cancellations are making me feel old! lol. There is snow here in Corvallis. I walked over to a friends house this morning and it was great. Until later on when traffic picked up and turned the roads into mush that froze. Also, when I left my friends house I was walking down the street and saw a elderly lady trying to push a cart of firewood from the side of her house to her garage and she was have problems with the heavy cart and the ground being covered in ice and snow. So I ran pver and helped her by pushing it into her garage and even went to the store for her since she did not want to drive in snow and ice. It felt good to help someone out.

The only problem with school being cancelled is that they'll tag the days kids missed onto summer vacation and keep them for a day or two longer then normal. That's what happened a few years at our school.

I had to walk around all day in the snow and ice for a scavanger hunt. My cousin asked me to be his roommates date for it, so I said I would, but I didn't think we'd be trudging around Newberg for 4 hours. Now I'm cold. x.x And I slipped at the very end and cut my knee.

Driving today was alright though. Besides when I pull into the park I live in, it's all ice and downhill.

yestuday durring the worst of the snow David and I watched most of Friends Season one and X-Files season one. It was a nice lazy pj with a fire going day.

Today I had to work...blah. But I needs the money so oh well. I dont mind the snow just so long as David drives me. He is more experiened and has chains for the jeep, Id kill myslef.

I really want to go hiking to a waterfall in the snow this year, we couldnt make it last year in my saturn, but the Jeep shall prevail. Maybe tomorrow!

If a college has a two hour delay, do all the classes just get moved back two hours, or do they all stay the same and you miss what you miss?

right now the 2 hour delay only applys to people that work there since finals were last week. but if classes were in, all classes that started before 10 would be canceled. if this had happened during finals um.. it would be a messed up.
