Holy geebus people, you guys are planning maniacs! xD You do realize we only have about 2 and a half hours to accomplish all this right? Maybe coming up with new ideas should be lowered on the priority list, and we should figure out how we're going to do the others first. xDD

If we end up doing the chess thing we have MANY things to consider: is the area we'll be given going to be big enough, who knows how to play chess, setting up the "chess board", and how much time it'll take.

Yeah I realized that last night about setting up the chessboard. xP We would need duct tape to map out the floor if we did do it. Also, someone (probably the chess masters who tell everyone where to go) would need to bring a chess game. That way they'd know where everyone was and whatnot. But thinking it over, this might be a little difficult to pull off, as much fun as it would be...

Going along that vein of thought though, what if we had other games that could be team based? Or set up everyone into teams and if someone from that team wins a game, then they get points and whichever side has the most points by the end of the night can... uh... have a victory shot of them standing over the bodies of the other team? xD!! Idunno.
But I was thinking we could play Twister. Oh the photos that would come out of that...

Oh, holy hell, Twister would be pretty funny actually, and probably slightly more accomplishable than chess, unfortunately.

I also like the idea of getting into teams and having a "war" by going through all the games we have.

On a slightly more srs bzns note, I'm about to fill out the panel request form, and there are some things I would like to make sure we're all good with:

*We do want it on Saturday night, y/y? But if we don't get the Saturday 9-11:30 time, what are two other times we would prefer?
-Sunday at the same time
-Saturday but earlier in the day
-Another suggested time

*Are we going to say out age group is PG or PG13? (I'd rather not G, so look, haha, I eliminated that choice already! 8DDD)

*Do we want to request a projector? (We could use it for lyrics, or APH anime viewing...)

*AND we need to know a guesstimated total of how many people we think are going to attend. So I need everyone who thinks/knows they are going to attend to move their little nation butts over to the other thread Hashi was so kind enough to make for us and post if their information, ASAP! http://www.kumoricon.org/forums/index.php?topic=10033.0 <---------GOTHERELIKEBURNING!!!!

We ALSO need a name for our panel. I could come up with a name if no one else wants to, but why don't we take some suggestions, eh? (Look, Canada! I'm you! 8DDD)

I vote for Sunday at the same time, and then if we can't get that either, I guess we'll have to settle for Saturday at an earlier time. Maybe 6:30-9:00?
