Hi, so we talked a little bit about it on the spam forums and I thought perhaps us PSU students should hang out again! Maybe go bowling in smith together sometime? After finals, that is.
Well, give me your thoughts and let me know if you're interested ^o^
Also, if there's something else you'd rather do, I'm all ears

I'll try to update this post to show who's in on it.

I'm in. After finals are over and done with, the only thing I will be doing is playing video games at home, and working out at the gym at PSU. So I'll pretty much be free all the time.

And I think it could be fun if played some Rock Band after we get done bowling.

It's alright. Not everybody is great at Rock Band. I myself am only good at guitar or bass guitar (I don't have any experience with the drums or vocals).

That would be cool. I haven't been to many of the restraunts on campus (I typically get my lunches from food carts or from Subway).

Uh, there's that Healthy Asian Food cart near Smith... that's only open for lunch.

I've seen a sushi place, and what I THINK is a korean restraunt across the street from the tennis court. I've never eatin at either place, but I'm SURE someone else here has.

I don't know how much you should bring... 20-25 dollars? Less? More? It depends on how much you want to bring. Bowling isn't that pricey from what I've heard. Other things, I have no clue about lol.

Rockband is $6 per hour for the entire group.
Bowling is $2 a game for each person, and shoes are $1.

So I noticed.

I got a quick question you guys. Would anyone interested in frolicking in the snow? Okay, frolicking might not be the best choice of words (perhaps "having fun" would have been better choice). But it's going to be snowing even more (although there will be a little freezing rain at one point), and I haven't been able to have fun in the snow yet (and I don't really have any friends who are willing to do that with me). So would anyone be willing to have some fun in the snow at PSU on thursday or friday??? Or are most of you guys currently off campus too?

Where is the scott center at in PSU, and what's the makeup of their foam weapons like? Also are they part of Amtgard or a different LARP group?

Ugh, my eyes still burn from crying all day at the memorial service ><;
Everyone was crying.
She will certainly be missed

I'm glad I was able to make it to this though. Most of the people who showed up today couldn't go to her actual funeral, because of the snow during winter break.

She had a stroke.
Just as she was making great progress (and the doctors were apparently stupefied with her recovery), she suddenly died. V,V
I was one of the only ones who couldn't make it down to Eugene in time to say good bye.

Okay, so our last attempt kinda fell through... okay, it self destructed. But that's okay, we can try again.
We're half way through the term (I'm pretty sure anyway...), so this gives us plenty of time to schedule this again. I'm thinking we try this again on the saturday after finals weeks. I'm PRETTY sure there wont be snow this time, so this could actually work. We just need people to show up is all. Anyway, if that day doesn't work, we can try something else.
