and we should have more than one ready for each line so people dont see the same thing twice when we go around again to get the new comers.

How bout maybe 2-3 min shows.....or 5 min. But we switch sertain skits. Or we could time or estimate how long the skit would take and what ones were gonna do.

We should split it up into 3 groups if we have enuff people so a certain amount gos to the cosplay line then one to the front of the reg-line and one to the back of the reg-line. Hows that? =o

well the reg lines will or should be done by the time of the skits cause skits are on second day and i dont think we willl do the second day line cause there really isnt one.

Tofu: we are not part of staff or maid squad, we are just some people looking for something to do saturday morning when nothings going and deciding to spend it entertaining others still stuck in line for the con (I request that you have some how made it through the line on friday so we wont have are Ryodans stuck in the line we are working)

if we get enough people (which is looking like we will) we will split up into two groups, one start at each end of the line and work our way around, and i think we will probelly circle the line twice then dealers open and we are all dissmissed.

I am also thinking that we may cover the cosplay skit lines, those of us that are availble of course, if we do that one then what i'm thinking will happen is those who are going to be in rehersal for said skits will cover the line in its early stages then when its time for us to go we let the ohters take over, half holding their own place in the line the other half going around entertaining then switching off.

also there is a slight possibility of doing a pre show as an advertisment friday in the lobby.

as for times i want us to meet at 7 am saturday, do a quick rehershal, prepare our props and candy, then head out and cover it till dealers open whilst we let people go take brakes between shifts.

and the other is whenver the cosplay line starts to form...

yeah a pre show would be fun. have music and boards with rules and what we do. and then a demonstration or something. you know it's funny, this event we're doing is seeming to get a lot of people but the other actual staff jobs like yojimbo and maid squad don't seem to get to many. :/

my trouble is now trying to figure out what to do for the cosplay line, thats the only other one i'm pretty sure i want to cover....

the hard thing is thats a long standing line, and a few of us i know will in fact be busy... if we get enough people maybe have a small group covering it... depends, like those who have to rehears take it in the early stages, then a group that half sits and holds their place in the line the other half preforms then switch off....

Yeah I need to figure out which costume I want to do. One of the ones that I am thinking about cosplay for kumoricon isn't very well known but I am really looking forward to it.....or should I stick with a well known one?

Anyways it seems like there will be enough people to cover those who are busy.

hmm well since the costumes will be a big factor on the skits somethin well known would be good so we could easly interperat it, yet at the same time it's also fun to use un known ones. :3 so its all up to you.

yeah i think we will to, its just going to require shifts, i'll go and buy us all a couple cases of ramune for the cosplay line one to keep us going!
