♥ Hey, so I just started reading Kaichou wa Maid-sama and an idea came to me. Maybe if enough people wanted to participate we could get a Maid Cafe set up. Dress up and serve tea and cakes and whatnot. Anybody like the idea? ^.^ It sure seemed like fun to me, so I thought I'd throw that in there. ♥

Colleen dear I never said I made a thread, just that I had the idea for it awhile ago, it was in the Maid Squad 2008 thread that I talked about it

I'd be up for this if I had the time... I'm doin a bajillion cosplay for KCon '09 so we'll see

Kinkeh: Yeah! That's cute! Perfectly fine with me! My only rule is that you make sure the skirt is no shorter than your hands at your sides. ^.^ But that's pretty much a rule most would use. Just for safety. xD

I'll find a good time hopefully. Question, how long should we make it last? An hour at tops? Half hour at least? What? Any ideas? I need that before I can request a panel, ne? ^.^

Well an hour sounds good considering some people eather work for staff or they have an overload of cosplays.

Colleeny schedules don't come out until a few weeks before con, but we should be able to start applying for panels by spring time.

Naw. If we made them pay we would make terms that if they wanted to be a maid they had to agree that we would split the money equally, no argument on their part. ^.^

Should we make it like a host club type thing were they can pay a certain amount for a certain maid and time limit?

You could sit at a desk and take the money after asking them if they would like to pay extra for a certain maid to be there host.

I can help make some food too! =3 or they could just ask who they want the host person to be! I know im kinda ripping ideas off the host club tea party but they just dont sound as much fun as the maid one does

Well theres this one anime ive seen before whenever a costamer walked in they would all stop what they were doing and bow saying "welcome master" o.x But it might freak a few people out

in anime, its mostly guys. would that mean most guys go to maid cafe and most girls go to host club?
