I had A LOT of fun running the panel this year, and intend to do it again.

However, since they're is already a hentai night ect. , I want to make it more of an actual 'panel'-'party' next year.

Thoughts? ( worksafe or not) suggestions? Relativley random exclamations?

Technically no one is running hentai yet (as far as I know) *nudge* if you want to run more than one panel you are more than welcome!

As for Yaoi...dont ask me. Not my area
But I know the convention bought Stainless Night last year and Strawberry Panic (Disk one) on the Yuri/Shoujo ai theme. Stainless Night is softcore hentai. If you are interested in those titles talk to Jaki, or I can talk to her for you if you would like.

When you get a fairly solid idea of what you want to do, E-mail me and Ill see if I can help in any way.

Hm..is the hentai panel all hetero stuff? Cus' that really isn't my thing, but if it is a mix of het/yaoi/yuri ect then I don't mind running it.

It could be if you wanted to run it that way. Everything is kinda flexible right now. Hentai allways turns into humor anyway in a panel setting and I dont see how having yuri or yaoi would hurt anything. Like you said, a mix would be ideal.

Okay then, I'll run it if you want me to, with a nice mix. This way, I can have porn 'party' and viewing. Perfect.

Your rigth about the humor aspect. I'm not a fan of yuri (understantment) ) but it was SO much fun it really made no difference what was on the screen. Even the really WFT stuff was turned into a giant joke.

I'm kinding of spamming this trhead soo I guess I'll take it elsewhere now. ^^

Heya, dunno if you remember me well. But you probably did. Sorry I had to end up leaivng early, but there was stuff happening. My Friend Jason is the one that lent the laptop, and he said it was no problem helping out. I think the most memorable part of the panel for me is when I heard everyone counting during Sensual Pornagraph. The Seme/Uke counting was as amusing as all getup.

Yea, thank you for that. I wasn't THAT late, but then one of my friends got really pissed off because I'd forgot my ID.

I REALLY don't think anyone would have cared, or even noticed. Oh yes, I look soo young. >_<

Okay, I'm breathing life into this thread...

About mixing all three, I think that's a bad idea. I mean, if I want to view hentai, I'd go to the hentai panel, etc.

For me, I don't want to watch yuri and hentai with yaoi in the same panel because I don't watch those two, only yaoi. So I think it would be better to make all three there own panel. Because I come for the yaoi, not the yuri, lol.

Personally I plan on running my History of Yuri/Yuri viewing panel myself, and there should be a stand alone Hentai viewing panel as well. (Last year I ran both, but if someone would like to run the hentai viewing....hint hint....lol)

If someone wants to run a "mixed" panel thats great and certianly welcome too, but there will definently be other panels that break things up. (It also makes for more adult content!)

Last year (weather these panels went smoothly or not) we had a Yaoi panel, A History of Yaoi panel, A Yuri panel, A Hentai viewing, a Yaoi/Yuri sleepover *attempt*, and that was just the 18+ stuff.

So dont worry too much about there being variety, Prog and myself made sure last year that we have at least a panel for each.

Personally I would prefer a mixed viewing panel. It would not only cut down on equipment use, but it would also help build more cohesive bonds between people. I may not like Yaoi very much(or those that roleplay it), but I am willing to sit through it. It has it's funny points, and it's funny as heck to laugh at. So are Hentai and Yuri. I think an all three panel is PERFECT. It's all about diversity, and we'd be the only con I've gone to that would have done that if we do it.

Thief and I where going to work on running this. I said I'd help her. I'll just come out and say, that if it's a mixed panel and you dont' like it... you don't HAVE to watch what you don't wanna watch. Simple as that.

I think its great that you guys want to run a combined panel. (if you havent allready make sure you guys turn in a panel form as soon as you can) Its great to have the option to go to many types of panels cause we all know that sometimes there are conflicts with all the panels we want to see LOL.

i mean a lot of the younger people that are like 14 and up watch it
but i hardley ever do i dont care for it all that much but o well

The answer is simple. Cause the LAW SAYS SO. The material we watch in the panels is borderline and sometimes even pornographic. We could go to jail for distributing it to minors. So the minors will just have to be happy with their soft-core fluffy lovey stuff. Till they can get old enough to watch it in a panel.

I'm up for helping in a mixed panel. That is if you want an extra hand. My laptop plays DVDs and I could go buy hentai/yaoi/yuri if need be. I think I have some laying around the house somewhere.

Legality and liability

Legally 'younger people' aren't SUPPOSED to watch it. Obviously, they do anyway in there own homes but if we openly allowed it we would be legally responsible.

Yah, Ive been gone a VERY long time. Sorry about that. I still intend to host this panel.

To be honest, Im not a fan of het at all, and Yuri isnt my favorite, but running the panel was so much fun that its all great.

Before I fill out this form are there any specific changes? Preferably of a general conscencous?
