Facilities Positions

I am looking for people to fill the following positions for 2009.  If you are interested, please email me at 

Assistant Facilities Liaison
    * Will assist me at con and before with all tasks relating to facilities.
    * Interface with venues and vendors.
    * Be the secondary contact at the convention to oversee room changes and communicate these to hotel   staff
    * Assist in planning hotel layout.
    * Coordinate with all other departments and translate those needs to the hotel.

Main Events Tech Manager
    * Assists main events and coordinates with CMD productions for setup, tear down and changes to main events.
    * Will gather and compile all requested information for use in main events.  This may include power and room layouts as well as equipments needs.
Main Events Tech Staff
    * Assists in main events at the direction of the tech manager.

Meeting Tech
    * Sets up and tears down all equipment before and after the meetings.   
    * Maintain and inform the board of any damage - wear and tear to the equipment.
