Our outfits are pretty much finished, the only thing that's left is wig styling, and that's what we're doing today and tomorrow. All three of us still need to get our gifts, because we slack and wait until the last minute. ~o~

Alright glad to hear that people are getting gifts or already have them. The party is in two days and I am really looking forward to it ^_^. When you get there please give your gift to me. I'll have a big white bag to put them all in and for those that don't know me I'll have a black and blond wig on and a red and white crop top shirt.

Cassiopeia white is very Christmasy and you will fit in just fine

With the weather reports, it seems like only the brave that challenge the frozen north will make it to the lake of ice within. Wooow, just sounded like a pirate.

Wrong cosplay! Seems like the only ones that will get there are closeby or that can fight through the snow. Hey who's got a group total of $1000? There's a front loader construction vehicle between Sherwood and King City for sale! I could dig my way through the snow.

I should be able to do group cosplays. I'll make that one of the prizes. I plan on making certificates for winners.

Anime_gurl it's alright if you are in normal clothes, I know that a lot of people will be wearing normal clothes and I am going to bring a change just in case something happens.

It sucks some people won't be able to make it, but that's what snow does. Hopefully it won't be too harsh near Portland, if there's any at all.

I seriously doubt it is going to snow in Portland. Anyways the snow is predicted for SUNDAY not Saturday.

Every time the weather predicts it's going to snow it usually doesn't happen. Stop stressing over it. If it does snow it wont be a lot and you will still be able to drive. And for some strange reason if it snows a lot then we will just move it to another day.

It rarely ever snowing in Portland then 5 mins later it turns to slush when it does.

Yeah and if it does snow the roads will be fine because people are driving on them. Also because it is raining today the ground will be wet making it harder for the snow to stick.

Now just pondering but what if in the unlikely event we were to get snowed in at Loyd Center, would that extend our stay, or maybe your stay to an overnight level? Not as if it'll ever snow that hard.

Alright I made the certificates for the cosplay contest and I also got a few prizes for the winners. There is only going to be five winners (I don't think there is going to be to many Christmas Costumes). If there isn't enough we can let anyone join. The five categories are:

Best Christmas Costume (has to be won be a Christmas costume)
Best Use of Fur (also won by Christmas costume, though might be dropped if there is only one person with fur)
Weirdest Looks
Best Group
Most Creative (should also be won by a Christmas costume but doesn't have to be)

If anyone doesn't show up tomorrow that is participating in the gift exchange what we will do is have the person who has the absent one give the gift to the next one in line. For example I have soundninja and she has Demonspawn and soundninja can't make it I'll give my gift to Demonspawn instead of her. Make sense?
