It's another weekend of fun and frivolity with the Bakazoku!

Location will be the Lloyd Center Mall across from the Doubletree Inn, sight of this year's Kumori Con.

Time of meet will be around one in the afternoon, Saturday, January 15th.

Meet up at the Food Court in the Lloyd Center Mall around the Tilt arcade area.  We shall see you there!

The driver will be in uniform.  Then again, that's 'street casual' for me, knee-high boots and all.

OMG...... I have to work until 1:30 but I'd totally try and make it out if I could.

Let's see..... Lloyd center is on the MAX line. 10 minutes from work, 30 minutes on the MAX, 5 minutes to the food court. That's almost an hour and a half late!
Waaaahhhh!

I guess I'll just have to wait a little longer.

There has been some news of bad weather predicted for tomorrow in the portland area (freezing rain, etc...)

Any change in plans or are things still happening tomorrow?

Sadly, Oregon has some of the most unpredictable weather patterns known to man.

Last weekend down here on the coastal area, where I live, we had the following:

Thunder
Lightning
Sleet
Hail
Snow
Rain

And, during the rain, thunder, and lightning, I could also see the Sun shinning down. It takes awhile to get used to the crazy weather. I was born and raised in Oregon, and I still am not fully used to it.

I have learned, however, never to trust local weather forcasts. :D

My friend and I were thinking about coming earlier but then we heard about the weather and thought otherwise.

That's alright though. Don't think many people are willing to go out right now. *Stares at the icicles forming on the cars and homes* See you guys some other time then! ^^

It's especially not good when you're only mode of transportation for getting back home is canceled or delayed.
(It snowed in Tokyo.  Can you believe it?   )

Ack! That's not good at all. A friend of mine might have been caught up in the ice storm a little while ago so I know how that feels.

Snow in Tokyo? Not something I hear about everyday. Must be interesting.

Awesome looking. I also checked out the other Tokyo pictures. Nice to finally see the REAL Tokyo Tower. I see it alot in anime (The first Tenchi Muyo movie comes to mind, actually), but I have NEVER seen the real one, even in pictures.

I'd love to see more pictures of Tokyo, personally.

My guess would be Oregon.  It's 4800 miles from Seattle to Tokyo and 5550 from Frankfurt to Tokyo.  But both aren't the exact places, and the differances are minimal in that scale, so really it's a coin toss.

Oh that was referred to me?  Sorry I missed that.
Um, yeah, I would have to say Oregon is closer.
And after being here for almost 5 months, I've pretty much found out where a majority of the Anime stores are (Akihabara is loaded with them).  I've yet to try Pachinko though.
