I'm interested in having an OIT booth at Kumori-Con!
« on: May 05, 2004, 01:40:26 pm »
I attend Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls, OR, and am President of OTAKU: Oregon Tech Anime Club.

We are interested in having a recruitment booth at Kumori-Con, since it would be a great opportunity to get club service hours and more students to think about OIT for college.

Is there anything special that we'd need to do?

Please let me know, 'cos we're REALLY excited about an Anime convention in Portland.

Thanx!

You'll actually probably want a marketplace table, if you want to e-mail me via exhibitors@kumoricon.org, I can set that up for you.

To whoever is in charge of signing up people for booths:

I have emailed you twice, asking for information about a booth for our club.  I have not received a response yet.  We'd like to get all these things straightened out well before the start of the convention, i.e. cost, who we pay, etc.

Please get back to me regarding this ASAP.

Thanks,
Jess
