Bah that's a good question.

Where do you all live and what is your means of (and how limited is) your transportation? We have to meet up at someone's living quarters for this... Unless you know of another place we can watch it. 0.o So we need to know what places are available to meet up as well.

I'm in east Vancouver, kinda near Camas, and rely on parents for transportation so I can't go too far but they will drive me places. My house is always open for gathering though. We've got a pretty nice TV too that we can use.

How 'bout the rest of you?

Vancouver, WA? If so then I think we should do it either during a three-day weekend or during winter break because I will be in Vancouver, WA on both of those occasions : D

Edit! If there are any holidays before winter break that give most everyone a 3 day weekend we could do it then. I get to go up to Vancouver during those.

It should be since it's a federal holiday. I think we should do it on the 11th (Saturday) because that just feels the best to me right now.

In Vancouver, but farther east, on the other side of I-205. I asked my dad how long it takes to get to Vancouver Mall from our house; he said it takes about 30 minutes, though it says it should take about half that on Google Maps (but that doesn't account for traffic and such).

Hmm, weekend night work would be a problem pretty much any time we meet up, seeing as how meet-ups are generally on weekends.

That might be a little awkward. How old are you?
If you have concern for that then wouldn't it be so for every meet-up? We should probably recruit some more people of the male gender for the next series we do, or maybe now for those who will crossplay, or even do other jobs (like I said in the first post not everyone has to cosplay).

dayanoki, if you really wanna be part of the group, I'm willing to make an exception for you. (Is anyone opposed to accepting her?)

Watching all of SP! will take us like 8ish hours I think, but if we start in the morning it shouldn't be much of a problem : )

I'm happy with having it at Cassi's house, especially since she is essentially the leader of our group.

24 right now, 25 when kumori 09 comes. I'm concern about any arkwardness I may cause with my presences due to my age and being the only male.

I have no problems with the current cosplay series. if you do a series I'm interested in, I'll look into joining in, otherwise I'm just taking photos. I have express interest in crossplaying a character from Strawberry Panic as well.

parents are my greatest concern really. someone perceives me the wrong way and suddenly I'm an "evil molestor" X_X. that worse case senerio though.

also, to get a summary of the group's plans and make sure I(and everyone else) got them right.

~watch Strawberry Panic as group(?). I believe its currently looking take placeon the 11th October at Cassiopeia's place.
~finalize who is cosplaying as who.

for making the costumes, I believe most people so far are saying they're buying them on ebay. If anyone decides to try making their's I may be to give some advice as I have made a number of cosplays so far myself. I don't know what I'm doing yet.

Con wise, I believe group is just focusing on just one con of at time which is Mew at the moment.

Cheesecake is good too. I was thinking of a cake with an airplane theme somehow or another but cheesecake would probably be tastier. xD
I might be able to convince my parents to get us some cheesecake, if enough people want it. There's a good bet we'll have some sort of fruit.

I thought our main focus in terms of cons was Kumoricon since that is the one that everyone is going to.
Not everyone is going to MEW or Sakura-Con. Though we should still plan some stuff for those.

I was refering to the recent talks about who is going to mew con. but I"m pretty the group is more focused on kumori then any others. its just so far away atm so planning is on hold til other people may go to are over with. at least, thats the case with me.
