Halloween?

 Halloween is almost a month away and I was wondering if anyone had any plans. Maybe a meet up or a party?

If this subject is untouched I brought up the idea of having a Halloween party at my house. However I don't think I could have a lot of people over so if anyone has a better idea let me know. Maybe we could just meet at the waterfront and terrorize on Portland?

If nothing else is happening for me on the 31st, I agree with the terrorize of Portland idea. Or Cook Park and staying overnight at your place  if you wanted to keep things small. That sounds pretty sweet.  My friends from CC have a pretty nice horror movie collection.  Although personally, I'm a fan of the really bad horror movies.  Like you know, Silent Night, Deadly Night 2 (which I still need to watch in its entirety.)  Or Troll 2.  Really low budget, poor acting, excessive amounts of fake looking blood, etc.  I love it.

My daughter has her pumpkins as well.  All of hers are characters from Sonic the Hedgehog, of course.  You get one guess as to who she was at KumoriCon.  And yes, we made that mascot costume ourselves. GHAA!    I may try compiling her pics and patterns as well.  I know we have them buried in these computers somewhere.  Anyone interested in carving out the entire Sonic cast?  Well most of them.

I've got a party to go to already, a Birthday party! My friend Becca was actually born on 10/31 so she gets to take over the holiday every few years instead of having a party on a convenient weekend day. She gets even more control over Halloween this year because she runs the every-other-week roleplaying game that would have fallen on that night in the first place.

Oh, and I don't think that cosplay trick or treating really counts, you HAVE to be in costume to trick or treat! That's like "behind the wheel driving".

I would be soo happy if I could get the alucard stencil from you!  I wanted to do one of him last year, but didn't know anyone had a stencil of him made up until it was too late. haha

It looks like the majority of people still following this thread are Portland based, but I will throw this out there again anyway.  I have Anime Friday, at my place in Eugene, every Friday night at 7:00pm.   Halloween falls on a Friday this year, so I will be having my anime viewing during the festivities.  Figure I would go with the more dark animes for the horror effect.  I also have both Death Note Live Action movies, I could probably play them for anyone who wanted to see them on Halloween.

The yellow is cut clear through the pumpkin, and the orange is peel off the skin so some light shows through.  Black is nothing done to this area.  The link to the stencil PDF file is just below the picture, so you don't have to steal it, I'm giving it away!

sorry, i really dont mean to be jumping into plans all uninvited and stuff and i feel bad that im asking but if someone is doing anything not specifically privatized (within a closed group) can i tag along for something please?  I have absolutely nothing to do today (other than having to be at macys at the clackamas town center to fill out the paper work for a job i just got sometime between 4 and im all stuck alone and sad and cryingcrying *pouts*.  so ummm.... anyone, please?

trick or treating was a betch. my friend wore my shoes which she thought were uncomfortable and then my other friend just kept getting tired and we didn't even get that much candy. :/ but rocjy was still pretty good. soooooooo  many people were wasted it wasn't even funny and they all decided to hang on me for some reason. am I a magnet for drunks or something?! D8< and I got groped several times which usually doesn't happen since I'm a minor.

Well, I decided on what pumpkin I am doing this year.  Iru and Yoru from Shugo Chara!

If anyone else wants to try it here is the PDF for the design.  I'll post picks of the actual pumpkin after I finish carving it.

yeah rocky last night was decent less people and one guy got drug out he was so wasted.
the was one person there in disguise and when i reconized i told her to go aWAY lol. she was not a rocky virgin, she lies.
some other "chick" kept coming up to me and kept saying she loved me and looked way cute and that she was lesbian. she scared me a little since i feel she wasnt really a she. at one point and she was very out going towards me.
during the time warp an old friend of mine from like 6 years ago found me. didn't get to see her after the show. *emo tear*
hung out with some friend who drove us there and back but he never went tot he show.
but that was nov.1st

halloween i dressed up as a undead sailor and my friend looked like a disney cartoon sailor. she was sooo cute. no one else at the party dressed up but we had asian foods since there were like 10 of them and 54 of us white kids. we watched a scary movie and called out which character we had.  then we ate more snacks and suchi then did some sad kareokie.dfjkajgrkjlyer...
The guy who plays Angel in Buffy and Angel was in the movie and ended up being the nose bleeding killer! Which ment the two boys at the party became one.
