Since you had the to RPGs last year you should bring in D&D so new people could play and have some of the pros or experianced players DM or help play as an example

Last year, D&D was wanted, but not accepted because it had nothing to do with Japan...Where Legend of the Five Rings was, because it had everything to do with Japan.

So, unfortunatly, I doubt D&D will be there.

D&D wasn't really "not accepted" so much as noone played it.  While "official" games did occur (L5R, BESM), there were extra tables and even non-RPG games available for play.  If someone, for example, wanted to play D&D, they could set up shop and run, even if it wasn't an "official" game.  I know that at least in 2003 there was a D&D game going...

A couple questions:
1. Do u remember a guy with a black eye patch playing an MEch RPG game?

2. What was that Mech RPG called?

1.  Yes, for I am a perceptive GM.

2.  The system was BESM D20 (though I didn't have the mecha rules, so I had to improvise how to make it work... it took about 6-8 hours of numbers-crunching with the aid of one of my mecha video games, but it worked nicely).  The game itself was called "Gundam K: The Kumori Project"

Mecha specifically, dunno yet.  I will be running at least one game this year, which will be a Magical Girl genre using BESM D20 - but for obvious reasons it's likely to have the same mood as the mecha game did last year.  I have not discarded any of the other maps from last year, so I'm not ruling out running Gundam K again... but between registration, the Mag. Girl game, and possiblility of being involved in helping run a cosplay LARP (if we can get the semantics of how we're going to do it figured out), I dont' want to make any guarantees.

If people want to play D&D I am sure we could make a one or two night room party of it. I would be down for 3rd ed and can DM if needed.

Whichever version you can get people to play.  There should be a room for gaming open anytime during convention hours (and this time it will be CLEARLY labeled, dammit!), so just snag a table and play.
