Name of the Booth that sold cat ears?
« on: September 16, 2008, 08:27:55 pm »
Not sure where this goes... ^^;;

Does anyone know the name of the booth that sold the little plastic, different colored cat ears at this year's Kumoricon? They had an entire table or two of different colors and such, a massive army of cat ears on elastic bands.

Thanks! =)

The official Kumoricon merch table, which I was staffing for most of the time, sold cat ears. However, I can't say whether this is the table you are referring to, as I didn't roam the hall much to see if other tables were selling cat ears. Our table wasn't covered in cat ears, but had most of the other K-con merch out for display. It was next to the charity auction table, and on the other side, next to the stack of Brawndo and water cooler.

shanime_panda - Thank you for looking. ^^

JeffT - Hm, no, I don't believe it was the kumoricon merch table. This guy had at least 2, if not three long tables for his booth, and an entire table (or 2) was filled with rows of cat ears in different colors. Some were neon, some were glittery, and they all had tufts of feathers in the ears. The assortment was quite astonishing. I believe they were 10 or 15 dollars a pair. He also had other anime merchandise, but I do not recall any Kumoricon merchandise there, so I don't think it was the kcon table.

Thank you both for your help. ^_^
