Help on I.D. *URGENT!!*

My brother can't find his school I.D. and my mom doesn't want him to take his birth certificate and this is last minute and all but we need help! He wants to go and I really want him to. Please help, we can't get to the D.M.V in time. ;.;

Wait I have a question, could he possibly use his badge from last year as I.D.? And maybe a picture along with it?
