I know it's early and the release date and any details about this are not available yet...but basically (as revealed at last years con) and by this thread:

I think it would be awesome if a whole group of manga fans camped out at Things From another World the night before they release the manga to show how much we approve of the idea of having the latest manga in our hands the same time as our Asian counterparts. It could encourage Japanese Manga publishers to do the simultaneous releases also.
Just an idea for now... until the release date is announced there's really much ado about nothing... but thought I'd plant the idea. In case I forget later.
