Alright so I was looking at the park near my house and I relized how perfect it would be for a big Naruto theme meet!
Theres huge trees and little paths and tons of spots to do photos!!
Also there are some cute coffee shops and stuff next to the park to get a bite to eat or get something to drink and freak out everyone in town in general!
Its a really nice park called Stella Olsen in Sherwood.
Would anyone be interested in attending?

Ah i'd like to come but sherwood is like forever to bus to... all the places i've looked anyway, and i cant bike 5 miles i worry about traffic too much

i don't have many friends and those i do have are lamed to the cosplaying community. But I won't hinder the operation, we can see who else is coming and if something comes up i can hitch a ride...

I SO know stella olsen park, I lived in sherwood from when I was 6 to the age of 17. Now I live in Newberg down the high way from sherwood, would be willing to give a ride from some surrounding area's if I have the day off that this might be.....Though I am 26.

Yay people who know sherwood ^^ Im going to need help telling people how to get there because the road that leads infront of stella and towards the highschool from old town is closed so people will havta walk down that road from old town

But yea when we figure out the date I will keep in mind your days off!

You stole the idea I had, enhanced it, and used it for me!

I dunno, Stella Olsen is a long 10 min walk down. I don't know if I could survive the journey. I might have to bring a tent and camp halfway. Jk!

Though it's Naruto themed, can other cosplays come along too? And correction. Two coffee shops, a donut shop at the library (Manga stop!) that sells coffee, and 4 Starbucks strung along 99W (Albertsons, Safeway, Target, and a standalone).

Just give me the day and time and how long it is and what to bring!

So far I've had to do that or at least work half the day from like 11:30-2:00, to be able to go to most of the events already. Could 2 or 3:00 be a good starting time and go to 5 or beyond?
Also do you know when the city might start work on the park and close the fields off?

I prolly will have to work that day from like 9am till 6pm....But from work up by Mongorian BBQ in Tigard to sherwood is only like ten minutes.
