Am I the only one who doesn't think leotard sounds manly? I think tights is way more manly sounding....something about French words never sounds masculine to me.....

Well the leotard is the suit thingy, like when little girls are in Ballet the pink thing. Mine was blue though.

haha, wrestling is an action that should be made illegal when spandex is introduced. There are some things that just don't need to be revealed.....eesh.

Anyway, wrangling this topic back, whatever time is decided on, I'll work with it or just not come. I don't want to make more problems. ^_^

I think I've met everyone who is going. Oh yeah, my friend will go as long as cosplay isn't a must. Hers isn't finished yet and she'd super love to go. I told her it'd be fine but she just wants to doublew check and not look left out and such.

Yeah, cosplay isn't required, just encouraged for those who want to do it. I probably will have to bring my costume in a bag and change once I get to Lloyd Center, because I really don't want to spend 45 minutes on the max by myself in cosplay, lol. It would just be too attention-drawing, lol. I'd be ghost-white or beet-red by the time you all saw me, haha.

Oh yes, yes it would. I once had someone tell me it was and they weren't kidding. XD The next day I was in the bathroom at school and saw a shadow and was like "WHOA MY GO--- oh wait. >.>" But it's epic stuff. I think a lot of people would enjoy it. The we'd find out my sister was mysteriously adopted... even though she's my twin... hehe...

I am really looking forward to this as well. I want to see the hotel and try out albel again so i can make sure it wont fall apart.....I'll make sure to bring a change of clothes.

Good luck with that. I haven't seen the hotel yet, so I'm eager to check it out and learn the layout of the place. No con disorientation this year! (That was what was really cool about Mini-Con last year, actually, it allowed one to explore the hotel before the actual con. Good stuff.)

Don't let it scare you off; there are lots of people but not to the point of anything being chaotic or bothersome. Staff do an excellent job of keeping hallways clear and keeping traffic flowing. As long as you yourself don't frequently stop and stand right in the middle of hallways, you won't see any problems, I'm sure. It's just like the roads, as long as you know how to act on the roads, you'll never get hassled, lol.

But really, the con is amazing, and if you go out with the mindset to have a blast and enjoy it, it'll be good to you. ^_^

I just about died of having a good time at the last K-con lol it was my first con and I had never even seen cosplayers before except in pictures all I could do was go O.O ..... :O......

Sakuracon was much worse than Kumoricon because there were like 14,000 people instead of 3,000. So I don't think there will be a problem

About being in public in cosplay. It's not so bad if you're in a group, but if you're all by yourself it's different.
Especially if the cosplay is really eccentric. Last year when I was Kadaj I waited until I was inside a hotel room before I changed. ~ ~
And of all hotel rooms, I ended up in Eve's. XD

I know the feeling. Albel is very exposing costume and it stands out a lot. Where some of the Naruto costumes are almost normal and you could blend in. I am going to wear Albel to this meet up but I'm not sure about the one on Thursday. Still don't know if I want to do Temari or Albel.....any suggestions?

I've seen Temari, but I haven't seen Albel. You should cosplay who you feel most like that day, or you could cosplay depending on the whether, too.

I'm wearing albel to early con but I was trying to figure out which one I wanted to wear to the Clackamas meet up. but I figured I am going to wear Temari. It's more comfortable to sit in for a long time than Albel is.

Alright I looked up the cost for Ice skating and it is $6 to get into the rink and if you don't have skates its an extra $3 so all together it is going to cost $9 per person. There was something else I saw that might be fun for the ice skating during the con, you can rent out the rink for like $200 something per hour
