Mario Paint Composer contest?
« on: September 25, 2008, 06:26:55 pm »
I have recently come across a rather amazing program called Mario Paint Composer. Now, this idea will probably flop like the last thing I suggested, but what if there was a contest to see who could do the best composition of a particular anime song or theme (or anything, really, it could be something by Beethoven or off the Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack) in an allotted time? At the sign-in session for the contest there would also be a tutorial to show how to work the program for those who want to jump right in and do the contest as their first Mario Paint Composer dabbling. For judging there would be first the original song played, and then the Mario Paint Composer song played. The audience would vote, and the winner would go home with a fabulous prize!

Well, probably not fabulous...

I've seen that program!  It's awesome!  I just wonder how hard it would be to make a song?  I dunno. ^_^;  Would there be enough time?

Once you get a handle on the program, it's really all guesswork on the tempo.
