AMV Advice

Okay Everyone -
I need advice on a good video editing program that will not break my wallet for creating AMV's. Any other advice would be gratefully appreciated!

Besides the already-installed Movie Maker and iMovie, Vegas and Magix run about $100 or so each. Haven't tried them out myself but I've heard nothing but good things.

I use Sony Vegas, it's a very good and user friendly program.
