I understand it, it was just unexpected. And I own the entire Firefly series and the Serenity movie. Yes it was Awesome!

Well, I tried watching through them, but I have to admit I just didn't get the humour. Maybe it is because I'm not much of a Joss Whedon fan, but nothing I saw really clicked with me or made me laugh. *shrug* Maybe I need to give it another chance or three.

Yeah, the DVDs should be released soon, especially for those of us who only have dial up. >< Man, I have to wonder what type of extras would be on there.....maybe a gag reel or something (not that this need a gag real...but you have to wonder).

Managed to sneak a peek at most of it at work on time....glad my boss wasn't around...I was laughing so hard...especially when there was the introduction of Captain Hammer. Just started revising Firefly...and well....you get the idea. ^^

Can't believe I never heard of this til today. I had a humongous crush on Nathan Fillion when I was a kid and he was Joey Buchanan on One Life To Life (an ABC soap opera). This of course was way before there even was Buffy on TV (wow his Caleb on there was really hard to watch). Firefly/Serenity--huminahumina hotness--and sillyness. Trash, of course, the best ep, albeit unaired....
And now this....I can't wait! Must - find - way -to -watch!!!

Here's this for trivia........about 4 years ago my aunt, who works regularly as a movie extra, had a gig in Chicago where she was one on one listening to Nathan Fillion talk at some funeral in some scene that got cut from some movie

I'll try to remember which it was......I'm not sure if it ever got released.

Yeah. She just wrote me today for my birthday--when I write back I should for sure let her know about this. I watched all of it on Hulu, and OMFG, not just hilarious but catchy...I've actually dreamed within its universe, hallmark for me of a truly addictive series....oh and I haven't seen Igor, but from what I understand, it's about someone who's been a henchman for someone evil who no longer wants to be "just" a henchman but move into the big leagues, yet has ideas about fixing the world...so it sounds rife for fanfiction crossover to me LOL!

reminds me of one pay period where my work went from paying once a month to the 1st and the 15th and one week all the hours were on the 16th and the 17th (2 14 hour days)

Wow that sucks. I week for us is Sunday to Saturday and during thanksgiving weekend I works wednesday through Sunday so I got most of it but the Sunday....sadly that is the only day that will be on my next check =/
