I must say thats a tiny bit insulting. but funny. However I actually am 25% Japanese from my moms side of the family and I have relatives that live down there. I think a lot of those thinks apply to half or maby more than half the people on this forum lol. How did you come across this?

That article is written by someone with blatant internal conflicts of trying not to take the internet seriously, trying to claim they aren't a /b/tard wannabe (which is REALLY pathetic), trying to take the internet seriously, trying to make jokes while being serious, trying to make inside jokes about the insiders, and having a poor sense of educational process despite their futile attempt at making what's supposed to look like an informed article.
