You don't have to be in costume. If that is the only reason that you can't go (which I see it's not) you really don't have to have a costume. Some people didn't show up to the birthday party in cosplay *cough* Kadaj *cough*

No idea. I plan on being there till about 5.....it can go longer or it can be shorter. I guess it all depend on the people and the weather. Also if it is raining there is a bridge we can eat under ^_^
