You don't have to wear a costume but it makes it so much more fun. The picnic is very close so the one fear that I would have is that you wouldn't have enough time to make a new cosplay. You could always do something that is really easy like something from Death Note (or something else with casual clothes).

if I do it depends on the weather for which cosplay. too much heat means I will probably show as Aerith. But I will more likely be tifa.

Is anyone good at cutting wig hair? I want to cut bangs into the wig to make it look more Tifa but I'm afraid to do it myself. So is anyone willing to bring scissors (or I could) and cut it for me?
