Lolita Tea Party?

Sorry I'm quite new to this whole con thing, though I'm wondering if there will be a Lolita Tea Party this year? I'll be happy to help in anyway I can to get it organized or just bring some pretty little treats, really whatever is needed....

I've seen get groups going out and dressing lolita in the plan your own adventure thread, so it could be done if there isn't something going on already. Welcome btw
