I think one of the coolest things we could do at the panel is take one big picture of us all in a line and then during the panel we all hop online (if we can get internet in the room) and change our forum avatars to be our little chunk of the picture.

That or something similar.... like we bring a mask and we change all our icons to pictures of us wearing the same mask.

The effect is that suddenly the forum is taken over by people with near identical icons!

Mask candidates: Mudkip, Guy Fawkes, the kumori girl, last year's chibi kumori, a random google image we vote on in a spam poll before the convention...

That mask idea is great too. It'll be Anonymous, Kumoricon-style!

I think the Kumori girl maks would be pretty funny, but if I think of any long-lasting net images, I'll suggest them.

Thank you, thank you. I've always considered myself a man with too many ideas and too small a budget.

So here's my idea. the top half of the icon will have a pic of your face and little shape like a heart or something*.
The bottom half will be a sort of spinning video clip of the camera blurring past the whole line of faces!
that way we're ALL in each others' icons and you don't just end up with a tiny picture of a blurry group, but a weird blur of people that you might be able to recognize.

We must immediately begin experimenting with animated gifs and figure out how much footage we can cram in!
