It looks good, but at the same time one could say that it just looks like a bunch of cutscenes from the newer games put together. Ehh, I dunno. I love the RE films, and I'm sure I'll like this new one too, just doesn't look all that ground-breaking as far as the RE world goes.

ya i just bought Resident Evil Extinction and ... well... im disapointed hella...
i mean.... ok "wide screen special edition"

1 disc... hardly no special features...

and like.... 134513456324623463246342 trailers for other things....

only good ones were  Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles and DMC4

The RE films have been one disappointment after another, which only increases my interest in these new CGI ones. The fact that they will tie into the main continuity of the games is also intriguing, rather than trying to spin off into a new direction with new characters or creating a whole other continuity by itself. Maybe Capcom saw how popular Advent Children became and are taking the same steps Sony did with FFVII
