From my understanding from earlier posts, yes, you can, but you can not dress as a ninja and claim to be a pirate. That's the only snag. See earlier posts for exact details

I think the Davy Jones thing was pretty cheap...in my opinion...but I'm pretty neutral. Besides, I'm just a ninja who loves pirates like Captain Jack Sparrow! x3

Cheap? How? I was running late for the panel. Seriously. I thought I missed it during the cosplay competition, but only in my hotel did I notice the time. My friend thought it'd be funny if I showed up with some music. The timing was sheer coincidence by the time I clambered back into costume and waddled my way over there.

It wasn't planned by anyone. I can assure you of that.

First off, I want to thank everyone who came to the panel. I was NOT expecting that many people to show up.

I'm really happy with how it turned out and I was pleased at the many volunteers who danced!

As for the Davy Jones thing being cheap, I have no idea what you mean. I didn't plan that and I should point out that the ninjas won the round that Davy Jones walked in on so you can't say the judges gave the pirates a victory based on that.

I'll be scanning the drawing the judges did to declare the winner for each round as soon as I can find a friend with a scanner.

That all said, due to the popularity the panel had this year, there is most definitely going to be a rematch next year.
