I've been pondering getting an arcade game, just a random thought, though they are only allowed to be set up free play right?

Gosh, and I wouldn't be able to fit it on my civic, maybe this isn't a good idea...

Full size arcade boxes rule, though it I were going to buy one for myself I'd probably get one of those old table ones with the screen pointed up. Then reprogram it to hold a bunch of different old school games.

Most places that sell those will be able to deliver it to your home for you.
Also, I'm sure that you can hook them up for pay-to-play if you want to, it just complicates things.

If you own a legitimate ROM of the game, you can set it up any way you like.

You know, I really want some of those arcade-style controllers you can buy for your home consoles.

Well, I want to get one of the newer neogeo boxes with 4 games and a 25 inch tv, My favorite arcade game growing up was samurai shodown.

It'll probally cost around $500 and I dunno to freight it what... like another $100?

Try Coin-Op games on McLoughlin.  If that fails, I think Ground Kontrol has a MAME cabinet they're trying to sell, at least they did last time I was there.

NG cabs are fairly expensive.  Most people just opt for MVS systems, which are also expensive.  Either way you're sorta screwed...

It was a mame cabinet w/out any hardware, just the frame and controllers.  KoF '98's still there, no worries. (I suck at it)

It's gone now anyway.
